Welcome to Clydebirds

The Clyde Recording area is very much under watched but can be very productive if you look hard enough. The draw of the east coast tempts some bird watchers in search of easier pickings but the Clyde area has some superb habitat and has turned up some very rare birds. This web site will hopefully encourage more people to look for birds in our area.

This site is intended to give visitors and residents alike an idea of what can be seen and where in our local area. It will also include galleries which will hopefully expand to include a large portion of of the birds and other fauna that have been seen the area (including the Clyde Islands).
